• Plan, design, and furnish interiors of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity, selling merchandise, or improving life style.
• Capable of reviewing interior design package including detailed drawings, perspectives, material boards, specifications and schedules for all interior design elements including millwork, FF&E items, graphics, signage and artwork etc.
• Fully coordinated with the different MEP services and structural plans provided by the Design Consultant.
• Good knowledge of service requirements, lighting and signage, way of finding.
• Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.
• Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.as well as Advise client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
• Admin. Management – project related management and discipline related department management including proposal writing, reporting, financial management.
